Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
It is mandatory to present a valid government-issued photo ID for Indian citizens. All other nationalities must present a valid Passport and Visa at check-in.
Pets are not allowed inside the resort.
Photo-shoots can be done on a chargeable basis only.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
In-room dining is not available.
Loud music is not permitted in public areas. We prioritize maintaining a peaceful environment for all guests and the surrounding nature.
Visitors are not allowed inside the resort premises.

Two children up to 5 years of age can stay free of charge in the parents' room when using the existing bed. A maximum of one extra bed can be provided on a chargeable basis.
A child aged 6–12 years, a child above 12 years, or an extra adult will be charged additionally.

In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the resort reserves the right to levy a retention charge for the entire stay.
50% retention charges apply for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival. Full retention charges apply for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.
Online payment fees and bank transaction charges will be levied on any refund processed within the eligible cancellation period.

The services of this site are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and are not available to minors.
