To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and out of respect for local wildlife, we currently do not allow pets inside the resort.
Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.
We provide beautiful designated dining areas for our guests to enjoy their meals. In-room dining is currently not available, except for specially requested honeymoon setups.
Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi across all our luxury domes and cottages so you can stay connected while enjoying nature.

Resort Policies
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
- It is mandatory to present a valid government-issued photo ID for Indian citizens. All other nationalities must present a valid Passport and Visa at check-in.
- Pets are not allowed inside the resort.
- Photo-shoots can be done on a chargeable basis only.
- All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
- In-room dining is not available.
- Loud music is not permitted in public areas. We prioritize maintaining a peaceful environment for all guests and the surrounding nature.
- Visitors are not allowed inside the resort premises.

Child Policy
- Two children up to 5 years of age can stay free of charge in the parents' room when using the existing bed. A maximum of one extra bed can be provided on a chargeable basis.
- A child aged 6–12 years, a child above 12 years, or an extra adult will be charged additionally.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the resort reserves the right to levy a retention charge for the entire stay.
- 50% retention charges apply for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival. Full retention charges apply for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.
- Online payment fees and bank transaction charges will be levied on any refund processed within the eligible cancellation period.
